selecting a web design agency

Web design and development Case Study

We had managed to build our own website when we founded back in 2009, however as the Club grew the admininstration of the website and its maintenance  become more onerous. This year the comittee decided to adress the issues with our online presence and to find a suitable web development company that could build us what we needed to help us on the first step to better back-office efficiency as well as a credible design that worked both in desktop and mobile context.

After a  short round of interviews with candidate Development Agencies, Active Online stood out in many ways. 1. Great Design Pedigree, 2. Impressive Application development capability and most important of all 3. their focus on our actual needs rather than proposing off the shelf solutions.

Once engaged, the development proceeded very smothly from start to finish, with Active Online overcoming any technical hurdles ans oversights we presented them with.

While this may have been a small project for Active Online it was managed from start to finish as if Fingal Tri Club was a major client, guiding us on design approaches, functionality, content production and taking ownership of the technical requirements ( DNS configuration and comissioning) to ensure we were up and running to schedule.
