Running

Fingal Tri Club join forces with Lusk A.C for all our run sessions.  These sessions cater for all abilities from complete beginner to marathon runners and are a great for getting to know your fellow club members. There are 2 weekday sessions where we do interval training, longer slower runs (5km / 10km) and paced miles. There is also a long slow run on a Sunday morning for those interested in stretching the distance out. 

What to bring:

 

Comfortable, well-fitting runners

Some layers of clothing for warm-up and cool-down

Bottle of water
